We will NEVER be back. The way you treated our 88 year old grandmother today was abysmal. She had been looking forward to getting out of the house after a horrific car accident 6 weeks ago; having fought for her life and you treated her like a leper. There is one woman here who is downright NASTY. Horrific experience here today after being a client for years.

Wow. The nail tech griped the whole time I was there about how busy they were. She did a seriously bad slap dash gel French manicure. Really bad, lumpy, ends unfinished, missed spots, bad cuticles. The color I picked for my toes is not remotely like the book. Not her fault but she could have given me a heads up that they don’t match. After all the b1tching about how busy they were, she didn’t even have a customer after me. I dropped $120 in there. Never never never again. How can they be busy? Who goes back???
